This package includes our initial consultation, report of findings, recommendations and bi-weekly check-ins. It's a three month program that addresses your top health goals with practical solutions you will implement from day one.  I have a proven structure to guide you, but I will create the details according to your goals, stress level, and health issues. It includes a grocery store tour, cooking lesson, and safety review of your body care products and other home items.  My goal is to EMPOWER you to make better health choices that work for YOU and your life.
