Cauliflower is a member of the cruciferous family just like kale, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts. They are all high in Vitamin A, support liver detox, and help the body synthesis glutathione, a powerful antioxidant.
1. Roasted Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 400.
Wash and dry cauliflower and cut into similarly sized florets.
Toss in coconut oil and sea salt.
Place on sheet pan.
Roast until slightly brown. Time varies depending on your oven and what size you cut the cauliflower. Usually 20 minutes.
