This is a broad statement, but so crucial to your overall health. The quality of the food you eat matters. This isn’t about what diet you believe in. This is about the basics. It’s time to eat what our bodies are made to eat. It’s time to make a choice about the food you’re putting in your body, not just grabbing a frozen dinner or fast food.
Eat real, quality food and avoid poisonous/toxic food-like substances.

- Organic Chicken
- Pastured Eggs
- Undamaged Fats- Coconut Oil, Cold Pressed Olive oil, nuts, seeds, avocado, Butter from Grass Fed Cows
- Local, organic produce
- Fermented Foods
These foods are REAL. They are nutrient dense. They don’t contain poisonous things. They don’t tear up your gut.
Avoid poisonous things. Things like hybridized wheat, genetically modified corn and soy,commercial meats and produce, artificial flavors, preservatives, industrial vegetable oils like canola, and other damaged fats. These items are in all processed foods. They are low quality. They are hard to digest, cause inflammation, speed aging, damage intestinal lining, leading to myriad of problems like weight gain, hormone deregulation, autoimmune conditions, diabetes, and heart disease.
